To ensure the well-being of both yourself and NWIC staff, we are currently providing exterior demarcation only.
This means that we will connect and test the equipment to a demarcation point outside of your residence, and it will be the responsibility of the homeowner to bring the cable inside your home and connect to your router.
We understand that for some customers this may be challenging. In the event that a cable is required to be run through an existing opening or less optimal location, we can assist in correcting that, once the COVID-19 isolation protocols have been lifted.
**Because of this our installation fee will be reduced by $50**
